Prepare popcorn using your preferred method. I have a popcorn air popping machine!
This step is optional, but I find it helps coat the popcorn more evenly. Finely grind nutritional yeast, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt in a spice grinder.
On a large baking sheet, place popcorn. Pour melted butter, and toss with popcorn to coat.
Sprinkle the nutritional yeast mixture over the popcorn, and toss well to coat. Taste and add more salt, nutritional yeast or chili powder as needed.
