This Israeli tahini toast is easy to make in under 5 mins! It contains peppers, tomatoes, parsley, tahini & lemon. This is a vegan tahini toast recipe as it doesn't contain honey.

  1. Toast 2 slices of bread.
  2. Dice bell peppers, slice tomatoes, chop parsley and mix in a bowl with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix all ingredients for tahini sauce and pour it into a jar.
  4. Spread some tahini sauce on each slice of toast, pile veggie mixture on top, drizzle a bit more tahini sauce over the vegetables.
