Instructions
  1. Add aquafaba and vinegar to a mug or mason jar and begin blending with an immersion blender, or into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend until the aquafaba begins to froth and thicken.
  2. Slowly, while blending, drizzle in the oils, one at a time, and continue blending until it begins to thicken. It should look kind of like mayonnaise.
  3. Blend in nutritional yeast, turmeric, and salt until combined and smooth. Taste and season to taste.
  4. Transfer to an air-tight container and place it in the fridge overnight to firm.
  5. Use on toast, for cooking, or any other way you'd use butter!
