Serves: Approx. 50 gummy bears
  1. Placing molds in the freezer to chill so candies set faster.
  2. Blend the fruits/vegetables with apple juice in a blender until smooth.
  3. Strain with a fine-mesh sieve, using a spoon to press the liquid from the pulp.
  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together the strained liquid with sweetener and agar-agar powder.
  5. Bring to a simmer while stirring constantly.
  6. Simmer for 3 minutes while whisking to avoid lumps.
  7. Remove the mixture from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  8. Using a dropper, fill the molds with the liquid and place in the fridge for 30 mins to 1 hour.
  9. Remove candies from the molds and enjoy!
