Any easy sesame ginger tofu recipe for quick dinners or school lunches.

  1. Blend or whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour sauce over drained tofu cubes and toss to coat allow it to marinate for 15 mins.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375F and add tofu. Set additional sauce aside.
  4. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan every 5 mins.
  5. Use marinade as additional sauce.
