- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup dairy-free coconut yoghurt
- ½ cup of spinach or kale
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth(ie).
- Makes 1 smoothie. Enjoy!
