A vegan version the very popular bulletproof coffee recipe created by Dave Asprey, the founder of the Bulletproof Diet. This clean vegan coffee won't hype you up and then leave you with a crash. Feel less concerned about enjoying your morning cuppa.

  1. In a blender add hot water, 1 tbsp instant coffee, coconut and brain octane oil.
  2. Blend on high for 30 sec or until well combined, light and frothy.
  3. Taste and add a second tbsp of instant coffee if necessary and maple syrup if using. Blend again for 30 seconds or until frothy.
  4. Taste and add more maple syrup to taste, if desired and blend a final time.
  5. Enjoy.
Notes
Use 1-2 scoops of instant coffee depending on whether you prefer a light or dark roast.
