These Ferrero Raffaello coconut candies are the perfect holiday treat. These are one of my favorite Holiday candies, and they heavenly. This vegan Raffaello recipe is so easy to make and even more delicious than the original. Mmmmmm Heavenly.

Ingredients
½ cup
coconut butter
½ cup
wafers, crushed
½ cup
desiccated coconut
2-3 Tbsp
maple syrup
1 tsp
vanilla extract

blanched almonds
½ cup
coconut, shredded
Instructions
Put first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend well until well combined.
Put the ½ cup of shredded coconut in a small bowl.
Use 1 tsp of coconut cream mixture, and roll into a ball.
Press flat, and add one almond to the center.
Fold the mixture over top to cover the almond completely & roll back into a ball.
Roll in the shredded coconut to cover completely.
Put in fridge or eat right way.
