Summer is just around the corner! This means you will see full patios and hipsters with their frozen Starbucks treats.
Firstly, I am not much of a coffee drinker, and I absolutely do not drink Starbucks coffee; but I do drink coffee from time to time and before I knew what good coffee was, I loved frappuccinos. Imagine if you will, your breakfast smoothie mixed with your morning coffee. That’s kind of what is happening here!
So, put on that summer dress, some cute flops and make yourself the stylish drink to go!
Vegan frappuccinos rule summer!
- 1½ cups crushed iced
- 2-1 ounce shots of espresso (depending on how strong you like it)
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut sugar
- Raw whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
- Blend ice, espresso, almond milk and sugar in a blender until well combined. Pour into a glass and top with your raw whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce, add a straw and enjoy!
- Like Mocha Frappuchinos? Just add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup and blend with your other ingredients!

Absolutely! I could drink 5… But I won’t
