Simply put, cookie dough rules. It rules when you’re a kid, and it rules when you are an adult, watching one of your favourite rom-coms and polishing off an entire bottle of sparkling wine yourself. This is a treat high in protein and good building block fats. Not only are these dessert, they fantastic as an energy snack filled with natural, wholefood power. And did I mentioned they are soooooo easy to make?!
½ cup Quick Oats
6 Mejool Dates (remove pit)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Add the oats to the food processor and pulse until fine. Add the dates, oil, and vanilla and run until smooth and forms a ball. Pulse in the mini chips ( about 3 pulses should do). Form into small balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
