Vegan Peppermint Mocha Recipe

1/4 cup almond mylk

1/4 cup coffee
1 tablespoon raw cacao

1 tbsp agave, honey, or coconut sugar
1 drop peppermint extract

Brew your coffee and heat mylk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Mix cacao and sweetener together, until you have a thick syrup.  Add peppermint extract and syrup into coffee. Foam mylk with milk frother or just pour hot mylk into coffee mixture. Sit down and enjoy your all vegan Peppermint Mocha!!


Try it with a Candy Cane garnish!
