Dear Toronto, Why must you be so cold? Not to worry Friends! There is something hot and sweaty and sensual you could be doing to warm those bums up. Oh and it’s a great workout! That’s Right! HOT YOGA! I just love to do yoga and Pilates in a hot room. So yummy after dragging your boots through the snow, and delicious with a post yoga tea. Mmm bring on winter!
