This gluten-free granola is deliciously packed with seeds, dried fruit and nuts, and is free of grains and oats. Making it a dream for celiac and my many gluten intolerant readers. And did I mention it was tasty!? So Tasty, like the best granola I have ever had!
My personal favourite is the Apple Spice Raisin, but the other flavours do fall into the category of close second. I am absolutely obsessed. The 350 gram bag lasts me about 3 days (IF I am lucky). In the morning I alternate it with my breakfast smoothie and keep it in my purse to snack on when I’m out and about for the day. The re-sealable pouch makes that an easy thing to do. An apple and a handful of this bad boy is the perfect post afternoon yoga snack. I have even had it as a cereal with almond mylk, and as a topping for my oatmeal. The Cranberry cashew is fantastic as a salad topper, bringing that salad from meh to MAGICAL!
