During my dehydrator obsession I discovered that you can make your very own Fruit Roll Ups! They are nothing like those colourful, sugar-filled chemical monster youre mom wouldnt buy your for your school lunch snack. No, they are way, wayyyy better. And super nutritious!

The Happy Hippie Fruity Fruit Roll Ups

2 ripe mangoes, peeled

2 cups strawberries
1 apple, cored

1 pear, cored

1 banana
3/4 cup hemp seeds

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender
  • Spread out evenly and thinly on teflex sheets, the edges always dehydrate faster so make sure that it is thicker on the outside.
  • Dehydrate at about 135 for about 3 hours
  • Flip them over and remove the sheet. Continue dehydrating for another 2 hours

Use whatever fruit you have laying around! This is a great way to use that fruit that is about to go bad.
