The Edgy Veg

 

This is a super yummy, super easy recipe! If you are feeling the munchies come on and have nothing, you can whip these up in 15 minutes nooo problem!

1 Cup cashews, soaked ½ hour
1 Cup cacao butter, melted
1/3 Cup Agave
2 tbsp mesquite powder
½ vanilla bean
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp goji berries

Blend in a food processor until smooth. In a large bowl, slowly fold in goji berries and nibs.  Press into a a parchment paper lined square pan. Set in the freezer until ready to serve.
