Twisted Chair Pose (Parivrtta Utkatasana)
Uses every muscle in your body to increase circulation, as well twisting; which wakes up your internal organs and aids in digestion.

Physical: Stretches the back, chest, and hips; strengthens the legs and core.
Emotional: Strength, grounding, confidence.

Locust Pose (Salabhasana)

Not only does this backbend boost metabolism, it boosts energy levels. It also strengthens the muscles in your legs and lower back while opening up your chest and elongating your spinal column.Benefits:
Physical: Opens chest and shoulders; Strengthens back of body
Emotional: Uplifting, invigorating

Half and Full Bow (Dhanurasana)

Like most back bends, this pose helps boost energy and keep your metabolism burning strong. Bow strengthens your back muscles and opens up and stretches the front of your body.


Physical: Keeps spine supple; tones core; massages back muscles; stimulates endocrine, respiratory, reproductive, and circulatory systems.
Emotional: Decreases laziness

Eagle (Garundasana)

This pose builds strong, lean leg muscles, energizes the entire body and helps with digestion.

Crescent Lunge (Anjaneyasana)

Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
