Check out this recipe for dairy-free cheese. It's simple to make and delicious!

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp engevita
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups cashews
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water, as needed
  1. Process garlic and salt until small.
  2. Add Cashews and process until smooth and creamy
  3. Slowly begin to add water and lemon juice; mix until well combined. Add more or less water until you have reached desired consistency.
  4. Add remaining spices and process until mixed well and smooth.
To make a cheese sauce just add more water!
This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
Add different spices to create different flavours of cheese.
