- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp engevita
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 cups cashews
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup water, as needed
- Process garlic and salt until small.
- Add Cashews and process until smooth and creamy
- Slowly begin to add water and lemon juice; mix until well combined. Add more or less water until you have reached desired consistency.
- Add remaining spices and process until mixed well and smooth.
This cheese will keep for 5 days in the fridge.
Add different spices to create different flavours of cheese.
