3 tbsp Engevita (nutritional yeast)
2 zucchini’s, peeled
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp garlic
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp organic white unbleached flour
1 1/2 tbsp Earth Balance
4 leaves of fresh basil
Process all ingredients until smooth. Over medium heat, warm sauce and serve over your favorite noodle or quinoa.
My favorite is rice pasta. Rice pasta is wheat and gluten free and an excellent source of fiber and iron.
