I love water, and it is important to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water a day; but sometimes I need to switch things up. This is a great way to switch it up without the calories or chemicals that most juices and sodas contain.

3 cups cold water

2 cups watermelon chunks (no seeds, please)

2 tbsp honey or agave nectar

Process water and fruit in a blender until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and any seeds you have missed. Stir in honey, and sweeten to taste.

Tip: Toss in a wedge of lime for a twist!
