Vegan Thousand Island Dressing

1 cup vegan mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish ( 1 large or 2 small pickles, processed)

2 tbsp tomato paste

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp cayenne

 

Wisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
