Ingredients
1 slice bread (try crusty artisan breads like rye, multigrain or sourdough)
⅓ to ½ ripe, fresh Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
Nutritional Yeast, to taste
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Toast your bread on both sides.
Smash on avocado with a fork, or layer in slices.
Top with a sprinkle of Nutritional yeast, salt and cracked pepper to suit your tastebuds.
Enjoy on it's own or serve with a side salad or soup.
