This is how you make a quick, healthy and delicious vegan lunchable for your kid, or you to take to school or work. This DIY lunchable is a super fun way to get kids to eat lunch!

Ingredients
  • Your favourite crackers (8-10)
  • Your favourite vegan cheese slices, cut into squares (8-10)
  • Slices of your favourite veggie sausage, cut into thick slices ( you want about 8-10 slices)
  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Hummus
  • Orange slices or your favourite fruit of choice
  • Some sort of snack/dessert
Instructions
  1. Using a bento-style bunch box or individual containers (or even cupcake liners) separate all food items and place into lunch box.
  2. Now your kid, or you (a big kid) can stack and play with your lunch while you eat it!
